SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Dowinx has 8 independent warehouses in Germany and 6 independent warehouses in the UK. These warehouses undertake the task of delivering to all of Europe.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to approximately 75% of European countries, including but not limited to the following regions:

  • Nordic Europe
    Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark
  • Western Europe
    United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco
  • Central Europe
    Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Liechtenstein
  • Southern Europe
    Portugal, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania
  • Eastern Europe
    Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

Non-Serviceable Areas
We currently do not ship to countries or regions outside the list above, including remote or offshore islands not supported by our logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

  • EU Orders
    Orders within the European Union are shipped from our Germany warehouse.
    Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • UK Orders
    Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
    Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to regional differences or external factors.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable logistics partners, including:

  • DPD
  • DHL

The specific carrier will be selected based on your location and delivery efficiency.

5. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping is available on orders over €129.99.

This free shipping offer applies to EU countries only.

For non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), orders may be subject to customs clearance fees, import handling charges, or other administrative fees imposed by local customs authorities.

Shipping fees (if applicable) or other fees are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. VAT, Taxes & Duties

All applicable VAT, taxes, and duties are included in the product price, regardless of the destination country.

The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price, and customers are not required to pay any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

In the event that local authorities request any tax-related information during customs processing, we will handle such matters in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure a smooth delivery whenever possible.

Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Peak seasons or public holidays
  • Logistics carrier delays
